This General Price List reflects our commitment to provide consumer information to each family we are privileged to serve. A print copy can be requested at our office. 

While itemizing specific costs, we have also established Professional Funeral Packages, and Cremation Packages, which reflect traditional types of services most frequently requested. 
BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF | $1505.00*
Our professional services include, but are not limited to, consultation with family and clergy, arrangement and direction desired, preparation and filing of necessary notices, authorizations and consents; services, prior, during and following funeral including coordination with those providing other portions of funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory, 24-hour assistance to all details and others, including office staff and accounting. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, and equipment and inventory expenses. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains).

EMBALMING PREPARATION | $795.00*
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. Utah law requires refrigeration, burial or cremation within 24 hours if embalming is not performed. If human remains are being transported by common carrier, it must be embalmed. (Utah R438-8-2)

This charge includes transfer of remains to mortuary, care, handling, protective sanitation, basic services of funeral director and staff overhead & facilities, motor equipment, procuring necessary authorizations and permits, and crematory charge. This charge does not include the use of staff and facilities for any visitation or ceremony, public or private.

FORWARDING OF REMAINS TO ANOTHER MORTUARY
This charge includes the transfer of remains, embalming and professional care, basic services of Funeral Director, staff, facilities, overhead, motor equipment, procuring necessary authorizations and permits, minimum shipping container or air tray. This charge does not include ceremony of any type, casket or shipping charges.     

1. Forwarding remains with dressing and visitation at mortuary | $1,975.00
2. Forwarding remains with no dressing or viewing locally | $1,575.00

RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER MORTUARY
This charge includes basic services of Funeral Director, staff, facilities, overhead, motor equipment, procuring necessary authorizations and permits, transfer of remains to cemetery. This charge does not include preparation of the remains, shipping, use of facilities and staff for visitation, public or private ceremony (except in options below), prior to burial.

1. Receiving remains with visitation and traditional chapel or church services |  $2,295.00
2. Receiving remains with graveside service only (visitation not included) | $1,795.00
3. Receiving remains with disposition only (no public or private services) |  $1,400.00

IMMEDIATE BURIALS 
This charge includes local transfer of remains, basic services of Funeral Director, staff, facilities, overhead, motor equipment, procuring necessary authorizations, certificates and permits, transfer of remains to cemetery. 

1. Immediate Burial with casket supplied by purchaser |  $1,450.00
2. Immediate Burial in a casket provided by our mortuary (Casket not included) | $1,200.00

TRANSPORTATION PER LOADED MILE | $3.00
         Additional transportation in excess of 300 miles one way requiring an overnight stay $275.00
